...... charismatic peated Malt from Islay, with a vegetal, bonfire nature which grows and grows the more you taste it. This is becoming a lot more available than it used to be which is good, and one rarely gets a bad version from the Indi's.Frequently overlooked due to it's more famous peat-monster neighbours including Laphroaig and Lagavulin, this whisky is full of character and, interestingly, blends very well with Talisker, the only Malt from Skye, and the Johnnie Walker range would be nowhere without these two great Malts to hold it up.

Awesome, awesome Islay scotch; so pleasantly peated! This malt has it, but yes; too bad they probably are being outshined by their southernly, fellow islanders.
